Getting my luggage up those narrow stairs was not fun. the climb felt endless. i really wish they had mentioned this before i booked

The location was central, a short walk to many attractions. i found the staff friendly and helpful. They answered my questions patiently. my room was clean, and i was actually surprised by the comfortable bed after long days of exploring.
the stairs were quite steep and narrow. it was a bit challenging to carry my luggage up to the room. this could be an issue with mobility problems or heavy bags.

The location is awesome. It is near central station, and easy to access many places! the reception staff was helpful. I stored my luggage after i checked out.
The stairs were steep. It was difficult to move around comfortably.

The hotel is near the central station and key city points. This made travel simple and fast. Staff were helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had. The reception was available around the clock, giving me peace of mind .
Staircases are a bit steep and narrow.

The staircase was narrow. It was a struggle getting my luggage up. the room size was also disappointing. It barely had enough space to move around! the ventilation was poor, and there was a persistent musty smell.
